Like the Old 97s, it's not just that his music is excellent, but he writes the kind of pop rock songs that are both fun and catchy, yet for some reason, radio doesn't play this kind of music anymore. "Bottled In Cork" is a peppy song with great hooks and some excellent guitar solos.
